Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Make a Return

2. Get confirmation: We will confirm whether your return is eligible and provide the return shipping address. Do not send items back without our confirmation.
3. Ship the item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
4. Inspection & refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within [5-7 business days] to your original payment method.

 

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately.

· You are entitled to a full refund or replacement, including any shipping costs incurred.
· We may request photos of the issue to help us improve our products and services.
· Your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws are not affected by this policy.

 

Change of Mind / Doesn't Fit / No Longer Needed

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may be eligible to return it under the following conditions:
· Time frame: Items must be requested for return within 30 days of delivery.
· Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
· Return shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept return gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
